The LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL MINISTERIAL ACADEMY (LIMA) is an accredited ministerial Academy established to fulfill the mandate of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in accordance to Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come”.

The primary Vision of LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL MINISTERIAL ACADEMY is empowering leaders and ministries for global kingdom impact and equipping the everyday believer in the things of God” “the harvest is ripe but the laborers are few. Therefore go, raise laborers for the harvest field…”Curiosity and a love of learning are the best things we can instill in our students.

Our Mission is dedicated to… Teaching, Empowering, Networking and Training anointed men (Labourers) For the Last Day’s global kingdom Ministry impact and advancement.
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” — Hebrews 4:12
It is our desire that our members, affiliates and students not only receive knowledge of the Bible and its truths, but more importantly that the Word is truly written on the very tablets of their hearts and penetrates the depths of their being. This is the work of the Holy Spirit and it is of utmost importance that our courses are anointed and taught under His direction in order to stir up a hunger and a diligence in the students to not only receive and study His Word but also to allow His work in their hearts and lives. The end result will be fruit that remains and a great multiplication factor when those who are taught then teach others (2 Timothy 2:2) all for the glory of God and the furtherance of His Kingdom! We count it a privilege to teach His Holy Word!
Goals and Objectives
1. LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL MINISTERIAL ACADEMY aims at bringing Ministers, Ministries and churches together in a network for the purpose of achieving effectiveness in life and ministry.
2. LIMA aims at achieving the unity of the body – Psalm 133:1-2 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.”
3. Uniting ministers for Global Ministerial interaction.
4. Helping the church to recognize unity in diversity thus minimizing frictions and clashes – 1 Corinthians 12”4,6 “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.”
5. LIMA insists on preaching the word of God undiluted.
6. LIMA recognizes and respects the different calls on different ministers and ministries and tries to help each person focus on his call for maximum edification of the body of Jesus Christ.
7. LIMA shall raise a high standard of ministerial ethics amongst member ministers and ministries.
8. LIMA will not emphasize charisma above character, but shall insist on strong character and integrity among members, ministers and ministries so the ministers of our Lord Jesus shall not be blamed.
9. LIMA shall ordain and license ministers according to our guidelines.
10. LIMA shall grant international accreditation to ministers and ministries with proofs.
11. The ACADEMY shall endeavour to give exposure to ministers from all nations by encouraging international interactions amongst ministers.
12. This is spiritually vibrant ministry, networking ministries to be vibrant, for the scripture says “Two are better than one”.
13. LIMA has the focus of increasing ministry effectiveness and efficiency of Christian leaders and member churches.
14. LIMA aims at packaging advanced spiritual leadership programmes that will facilitate the much needed personal and corporate Christian leadership growth.
15. LIMA aims at making the word of God presentable and readable through the individual member, minister, ministries or churches.
16. This ACADEMY does not intend to interfere with the internal administration of member churches or ministries. It only seeks to point out Biblical patterns and every member minister is left to use what is applicable in their own situations.
17. LIMA aims at raising a generation of ministers of ministries that God will be proud of an our generation will be blessed. – Help Us O Lord.
18. LIMA shall grant international ministerial charter status to churches and ministries.
19. It shall insist that members hold faith, truth and accountability in ministry.
20. LIMA member ministries and churches shall be encouraged based on James chapter 2 to be involved in visiting the sick, the prison and assisting the less privileged in the society.
21. LIMA member ministries and churches are to be the light in their different communities by embarking on community development projects such as schools, hospitals, etc
22. Raising Disciples all over Africa with an enriching discipleship.
23 To Nurture the growth and multiplication of churches in Africa, through the development and support for the practical needs in the church.
24. To be a base-station for Gospel Ministers in Africa; to minister the Gospel all over Africa and the World at Large.
25. To Provide a platform for ministering in place other than your base-station.
26. To Assist Gospel Ministers in accessing financial retirement packages for sustaining their families, in case of untimely Death or Disability of a Minister.
27. To Assist through networking Bigger Churches, help the Smaller once in erecting churches and building structures for Gospel Ministries in Africa.
28. To Assist in securing Health Services that will facilitate medical delivery for them and their families.
29. To Provide Skill Training to local churches, Youth and the Unemployed people by networking them to other NGO’S Specialized Programs. 30. To Provide Community with Impactful Programs that will make the Gospel relevant in every Community. (Meeting the needs of the people through a live changing program.)
